I currently am managing a team of market managers and field reps responsible for multiple dealership accounts and numerous independent locations.  My team is responsible for the end client experience with an emphasis on the client dealership relationship driving several repeat customers and generating incremental revenue growth in each location.

I was responsible for all facets of post transaction operations in 35 store Region, generating 180+ million dollars in revenue; responsibilities included Retail Operations, Logistics, Reverse Logistics, Service and In-Home Repair of all major appliances and teams.

Operated a standalone Champs store with 3 assistant managers and 12 employees, promoted 1 manger into a new store and enrolled all Assistants into Manager in Training program.  Created multiple sales gains and was awarded most profitable store and highest sales gain in western region in 2008.

Store Manager

Held multiple positions in leadership including Services Manager, Area Manager and Supervisor and was highly influential in community involvement, leadership training and team activities within the store.  Other responsibilities included delivering a world class employee/customer experience and day to day operations of store.
