Recent graduate from  Chapman University. Currently  an Event Coordinator for  BIOLASE, a laser dentistry  company, in Irvine, CA.  Looking to get into event  coordination for the action  sports industry.

- Point person for all sponsorship fulfillment between sponsor, show management, and decorator for multiple shows
- Maintain an updated budget for the department while keeping an 85-90% revenue margin

- Acting liaison between registration vendor and show team(s) for all registration processes
- Oversaw registration deadlines and ensure they were met accordingly
- Managed escalated customer service issues for pre-show and onsite issues

- Managed all training luminaries and locations in US and Canada
- Assisted Tradeshow and Event Manager with planning all events: seminars, tradeshows,   symposiums
- Coordinated one-day seminars with hotels and labs across the US and Canada

Event Coordinator

- Prepared and pitched updates to active media contact lists for clients
- Drafted social media messaging for clients, such as Rdio, LifeKraze, and EKOCYCLE

eMedia & Consumer Intern

- Negotiated room rentals with F/B minimums with hotels for one-day seminars
- Conducted all registrations for seminars and trainings
