<p>I have never walked away from a challenging opportunity in my life and this holds true in my role as Sales Operations Manager at Fasthouse.   At Fasthouse I find myself demonstrating this by taking on tasks head on and leading my team to success.   In my position I have been able to showcase my ability to optimize the operational success of the Fasthouse sales team by overseeing forecasting, establishing goals, projecting sales, analyzing inventory while implementing successful processes and procedures within our organization.  My past experience in both finance and customer service at Fasthouse have awarded me the opportunity to help lead those departments and their teams to success.   I have always shown strong leadership skills and I always give my team the tools and training they need to grow and be successful. Oversee operational management systems, processes, infrastructure and best practices while looking for opportunities of improvement.

· Identify and lead implementation of new sales optimization processes as well as automation opportunities.

· Anticipate and track operational and tactical risks and provide strategic solutions.

· Manage day to day business of the operations department while balancing the responsibilities of various business lines such as business analysis, vendor, and risk management.

· Manage department's budget and forecasts.

· Work with production planning to manage new product launches and ensuring collaborative communication between all departments.

· Lead model level sales planning by analyzing sales data and forecasting the demand accordingly.

· Ensure sales plan ties to production & purchasing for accurate product flow to minimize closeouts while having needed inventory to achieve company targets.

· Collaborate with Demand and Supply planners to deploy the Sales plans in a Demand plan at the SKU level.

· Compile monthly sales forecasts and reforecasts as needed.

· Joins commercial team during buying events to gain stronger understanding of future forecast drivers/building blocks.

· Oversee and report weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics.

· Work with sales teams to help set and meet daily and quarterly goals.

· Maintain & update a seasonal/annual outlook of customers’ needs.

· Analyze the seasonal trend for each distribution channel and product category and anticipate potential changes.

· Proactively support & communicate sales plans that align commercial and category expectations through the prebook and in-season go-to-market process.

· Provided frequent updates to commercial team during prebook timeframes to provide progress to goal & LY, as well as analytics at account level to assess YOY progress.

· Consolidate and share insights and reporting regarding sell through results and preseason orders vs. plan for each channel/customer.

· Help oversee inventory levels and warehouse efficiency and improvement projects.

· Responsible for all event inventory including reconciliation of all event product returns.

· Play a significant role in long-term planning, project status reporting, and implementing change control processes.

· Work closely with President/CEO on other special planning and departmental projects.

· Work closely with CFO to be familiar with financial data and use to improve profitability.

· Manage data analytics to provide critical trend data to Sales team.

· Identify trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution.

· Complete reasonability testing and information validation prior to circulating findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.

· Collaborate with other Department Managers to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive morale, and uphold company values.

· Collaborate with transitions and onboarding team as needed.

· Raise and track issues and conflicts, remove barriers, resolve issues of medium complexity involving stakeholders and escalate to appropriate level when required.

· Assess a variety of situations and provide clarity to team and stakeholders.

· Establish and maintain credible, professional relationships with clients, internal business lines, and external vendors.

· Solicit and respond to feedback while gaining commitment and support.

· Stay up to date on industry regulations, trends, and technology.

· Work closely with the management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the firm are being properly executed in accordance with regulatory-based best practices.

· Help recruit, train, supervise and develop sales staff.

· Manage the Customer Service Department and find ways to increase customer service quality.

Credit reporting/approval liaison with Sales

· Monitor processing of invoices and timely collection of payments

· Work with International Sales Manager to organize shipments and ensure all paperwork/documentation is completed

· Responsible for communications with supply chain and production managers to provide demand details for all direct shipments

•	Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors. I have created marketing strategies that would appeal to customers during specific hours of the day to draw a larger crowd raising daily and monthly revenue. We also created newsletters at which we provide monthly updates of new upcoming food, as well as cooking demonstrations. 
•	Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion managers. I helped to create night time specials to draw more family based customers, where the parents could enjoy a romantic evening, and their children were taken care of with activities and dinner. 
•	I assist the owner of the company with everyday obligations such as managing the serving staff during hours of operation, also help to create marketing strategies to promote new events, and specials for the upcoming months, as well as assisting in the owner during special promotions and events.
•	I oversee food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing and presentation of food to ensure that food is prepared and presented in an acceptable manner before it is served to customers.
•	Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving, and building maintenance in lodging and dining facilities.
•	Plan menus and food utilization based on anticipated number of guests, nutritional value, palatability, popularity, and costs.

Manager

I handle most operations held within the restaurant. I perform manger duties by overseeing staff, handling cash at the end of the night, creating new promotions held, as well as scheduling details. I perform these duties as well as bartend. As the Bartender I am required to oversee the consumption of alcohol being served to guest, as well as handling any conflicts held by patrons. I also help work events our restaurant puts on from weddings to 9/11 remembrance day.
