Warrior Sports, a division of New Balance Footwear, is a privately held premier manufacturer of high performance, cutting-edge equipment, footwear and apparel for lacrosse, soccer and hockey athletes. 

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING AND PRODUCT MANAGEMENT 
• Developed the sales and marketing roadmap to build the hockey category from $0 to $50M in 5 years  
• Negotiated the contract terms for new Agency of Record (JWT-Detroit) resulting in a monthly retainer cost reduction of 15% while delivering effective and unique branding execution
• Identified a potential supplier of custom products, MIA SPORTS, resulting in their eventual acquisition and an additional $3M of revenue
• Negotiated a 2 year licensing agreement for a bag patent resulting in a $350K revenue gain
• Led development and launch of the KROWN 360 helmet, with a patented fit system, for Warrior’s first foray into the category meeting revenue targets of $1.2M and exceeding the margin goal by 1.5%
