Product Marketing Manager

Be the voice of the client user or consumer user to the rest of the organization – Use primary and secondary research as well as internal data and competitive intelligence to develop deep understanding of the market 

Ensure all deliverables from Marketing/communications contain the right message and emphasize the product’s value proposition

Develop product user guides, certifications, and best practice play-books for all products to encourage client adoption, utilization, and reliance on PrescribeWellness SaaS application.    

Primarily responsible for the retention of PrescribeWellness core clientele, as well as the growth of PrescribeWellness core clientele through the up-sell of additional products and services.  

Conceptualized, developed, and launched an Online "University" to house all training content; videos, user guides, tutorials, pharmacy marketing materials, and more.   

Coordinate with all departments to ensure interdepartmental synergy in the interest of ensuring client satisfaction from point of sale to activation.   

Track healthcare industry changes to identify opportunities for clients utilization of PrescribeWellness software to generate increased revenue, patient loyalty, performance ratings, and improved patient health.

Product Success Manager

Manage relationships with client pharmacies, identify goals and support clients in achieving those goals.

Responsible for management of 82 Arkansas pharmacies participating in a medication synchronization adherence study. 

Host group seminars and web presentations in order to share best practices, success stories, industry changes, as well as answer questions and provide support.
  
Create supplementary materials to aid in the utilization of PrescribeWellness software and services. 

Conduct in-person visits to pharmacies or pharmacy groups in need of individualized attention to improve maneuverability and understanding of the product. 

Track changes in the healthcare industry in the interest of uncovering areas where PrescribeWellness software supports our clients ability to meet and exceed industry standards. 

Identify key elements of PrescribeWellness software and how they contribute to increased revenue, patient loyalty, and adherence.
