I have 18 years of management experience. 7 years as a Plant Operations Manager, where I continue to expand and grow production, distribution, operations, and compliance, while keeping a tight hold on the budget.  I wish to try my hand in a slightly different type of industry, and take my game up to yet another level with a company that would allow for growth in exchange for a hard working man like myself.

Operations & International Shipping Manager

As a warehouse manager, I controlled the shipping and receiving department as well as assigned daily work tasks to warehouse employees. I was responsible for the development, maintenance, and implementation of warehouse training curriculum. I handled interviews as well as disciplinary action as pertaining to current and perspective employees. I am a part of the safety committee and handle the organization of all Inventories. As the supervisor for defective inventory control, I was responsible for the tracking and analyzation of all defective products, which demands the constant use of mathematics in daily defective counts, and weekly deduction reports where error is not an option. I am also heavily involved in Freight Negotiation and cost analysis.

Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Manager

As a warehouse operations manager I was responsible for coordinating the daily work schedule for the entire warehouse staff as well as, potential employees.  I oversaw all inventory, purchase orders and production. I was responsible for all shipping and receiving, freight billing, quality control issues, verifying billing information, translating, operating a fork-lift, trouble-shooting and problem solving were daily duties. My position required me to be able to adapt to an ever changing, unpredictable work environment.
