Motorcycle Department Parts Manager / Parts Department Customer Service & Retail Operations Manager
   Source and order all parts and apparel needed for retail operations, Store opening, closing and staffing procedures. Also, handle all relations with outside vendors; Fulfill all customer parts orders and well as Social Media updates and moderation. In store customer service. Handle all Web orders. Attend various events representing RSD.

•	Source manufacturing and finishing of all domestically produced products. Handle all relations with outside vendors. Manage machine shop manufacturing schedule. Work with sales and team riders to improve and develop new products. Maintain and update distributor website. Forecast sales to maintain proper inventory levels.

•	Source and order all parts needed for final motorcycle assembly, test ride and assembly of motorcycles; assure fit of all parts; fabrication and modification of parts final wheel assembly; management of all outsourced parts. Also, handle all relations with outside vendors; Take/Enter/Ship all customer parts orders and as well as Web site updates and moderation. Attended various events representing WCC. Appeared on “Monster Garage,” “History of the Chopper,” and “Motorcycle Mania.”
