I started with FreshRealm as a temp agent in September 2016, and was hired permanently in April 2017. My job in short: Answer all customer inquiries via instant messaging, phone calls, and email. Work alongside Quality Support to ensure all customer issues are resolved timely and accurately to meet satisfaction

• Manage customer service inquiries by incoming calls, emails, and chat messages and any customer service inquiries
• Assist with light technical support, and escalate if necessary by issuing technical ticket detailing the problem encountered and all relevant information to resolve the customer issue.
• Use knowledge of products and services to take orders, respond to customer complaints, and process billing refunds.
• Manage refund requests by promoting a positive experience and directly offering assistance with the source of frustration (ie website navigation etc), or a courtesy discount to use product again in the future.
