LEAD COORDINATOR - Foot and Ankle T&E

Ensure that our final customer (patient) have the best quality service and experience.

SENIOR TEAM MEMBER - Trauma & Extremities

*	Ensures the timely processing of kits/sets in the hub, checking in sets, verifying completeness,
*	Restocking, creating new kits from sterile implant skus, and other basic set maintenance.
*	Function with minimal supervision to ensure that workflow is uninterrupted and that all customer requirements are met within the functional area.
*	Use the company system to receive, inspect, replenish both implant and instrument kits.
*	Inspection Process ensuring kits are delivered complete and ready for surgery (customer service focus).
*	Cross Train Hub Coordinator positions.
*	Controlling inventory using available system tools to ensure accuracy for implants and instrument sets (set and lot number level) in hospital consignments, rep trunk stocks, and in office(s)/storage locations.
*	Maintaining appropriate inventory levels (both implants and instruments) to meet the needs of the territory while adhering to company days on hand and turn objectives.
*	Oversee and responsible for training employees; planning, assigning, directing work and providing leadership daily to employees within the Hub area.
*	Assuming coordinator position when need it.
*	Traveling to other Hubs to assist when need it.

HUB SPECIALIST

*	Transfer finished goods inventory from manufacturing and receiving to warehouse locations for order
*	fulfillment.
*	Monitor and segregate finished goods inventory that are placed on hold daily.
*	Facilitate transfer requests to and from offsite storage by generating reports through ERP.
*	Perform cycle counts, reconcile inventory variances and submit for completion.
*	Reconcile inventory discrepancies by investigation prompted by customer service inquiry and SFDC
*	reports.
*	Perform random location audits for inventory accuracy and maintenance.
*	Monitor and account for inventory in temporary transit locations to ensure proper inventory transfer
*	is completed.
*	Generate reports and complete special projects as assigned. Provide performance reports as
*	necessary.
*	Acquire and maintain a clear understanding of the technologies utilized in Illumina's products, parts,
*	and services.
*	Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with all departments contacted during work.
*	Interacts with vendors and colleagues in Manufacturing, Production Planning, Customer Service and finance to reconcile inventory variances.
*	Support picking, packing and shipping of material for order fulfillment by using scanners or by
manual methods.

MATERIALS SPECIALIST

*	Hire and train new hourly employees on tasks and procedures ranging from basic to advanced.
*	Maintain food-service inventory by monitoring and replenishing supply.
*	Promote sales and marketing using different methods.
*	Ensure customer satisfaction by being very attentive to feedback and making changes based on
*	suggestions or complaints.

GENERAL MANAGER

*	Managed shipments from the very first step at the origin to the customer door at the destination
*	Provided customers with detailed, programmed information from the collection, customs clearance,
*	air and sea shipment, and arrival of orders at the final destination
*	Worked with agents on all continents, especially Asia and U.S
*	Maintained an excellent relationship with the customers by providing a precise follow-up on the
*	process
*	Frequently visited customer production sites to discuss shipment methods and provide customized
optimal solutions

IMPORT SPECIALIST

*	Traveled to client sites to evaluate electrical consumption and electrical structure situation
*	Employed 50% of time at customer sites for data collection and or follow-up visits
*	Collaborated with engineering team to compile preliminary findings and report to the specialists
*	Participated in meetings between engineers, CEOs, and customers
*	Provided analytical support and presented proposals to clients
