Wholesale Operations Manager

•	Manage, coach and support the entire wholesale team
•	Oversee all logistics for wholesale standards and protocols

·	Manage and strategize timely delivery schedule of coffee & allied products to numerous businesses, offices, coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores throughout Montana
·	Invoicing for all wholesale clients via QuickBooks
·	Monitor Ghost Town’s inventory at all locations
·	Processing of online web orders and all e-commerce for the company through Shopify
·	Package coffee for retail sales
·	Execute wholesale order flow & maintain efficiency.
·	Maintenance of wholesale area and equipment
·	Assist with establishing new wholesale accounts
·	Oversee and aid in the production of Nitro Brew and Cold Coffee
·	Creation of quarterly newsletter and assist in branding for the company. 


·	Managed crews of up to 11 people daily on busy construction sites. 
·	Establish and maintain relationships with Superintendents and Project Managers.  
·	Responsible for delegating tasks to individuals and monitoring their performance to ensure that work is completed in a timely and efficient manner. 
·	Manage administrative functions including daily log sheets and timecards of employees.


Operations Manager

·	Led guests on three-mile hike tours on the Chilkoot Trail. 
·	Provided narrative of historical information regarding the Klondike Gold Rush and the history of the Tlingits, the Native Americans indigenous to the area. Presented information on the Tongass National forest and the animals living within it.   
·	Tours concluded by safely maneuvering an oar raft down the Taiya river in Dyea, Alaska.  
·	Ensured guests safety while providing an entertaining and memorable trip. 


Raft Guide

Guide groups up to 25 people on rock climbing/rappelling, zip-lining and hiking tours. Give a
15-minute interpretive tour up to the site about Skagway’s Klondike Gold Rush history, local
flora and fauna of the Tongass National Forest, and fun facts about the area. Take guests on a
two-hour tour through a high ropes course and five zip lines. Instruct guests on the rock tour
about basic climbing and rappelling technique. Effectively communicate with guests and
guides. Provide a fun and safe experience for all guests.

Guide

Captained paddle boats down the Racecourse section of the Rio Grande, as well as guiding multi day trips down the Rio Chama. Educating guests on the local fauna and history of the area. Ensuring the safety of all guests and other guides throughout the duration of the course, while still providing a fun environment. ACA Level 4 Swiftwater Rescue Certified.

-Liaison between WeSC and our Public Relations Team.
-Supported marketing for the company both internal and external; composed bi-weekly company newsletter.
-Maintained press posts, news, and new store accounts for the U.S. division on the company website.
-Consistently maintained and organized the showroom.
-Assisted in preparation and management of the trade show booth at the Agenda Show in Las Vegas, Nevada. 
-Managed social media for the U.S. division,monitoring and response utilizing Instagram and Twitter. Coordinated with WeActivists, i.e: Chris Pastras and Oscar Meza for skate content.
-Supported and helped coordinate marketing material for the Zumiez Best Foot Forward skate event.
-Assisted with the processing of new order account forms.
-Created expense reports for the company and CEO
-Managed CEO's calendar, appointments, emails, and phone calls.
