Project Manager - Art & Design 

Polished events and marketing champ, with a side of social activism.
My background is in film & photography - my work experience has been in active sports marketing. 
Constantly motivated by the movers and shakers in our culture.

Worked alongside directors and designers to create a unique visual identity per project. Nothing was ever too big or too small. 
-	Managed department communications concerning scheduling, design meetings, delivery deadlines, and set build needs. Kept all teams informed and organized. 
-	Kept department budget organized and updated daily – responsible for weekly reporting, up-keep of vendor invoices and communication, and overall budget in’s and out’s. 
-	Hired and managed an art team per project – as the project manager, I would find the best people to help with builds, sourcing, and heavier scheduled days. Delegated tasks and made sure team was adequately supported. 
-	Daily responsibilities included: graphics, visual briefs, analytics, art & history research, and creating custom set pieces via construction. 



-	Lead in creating and managing project plans for various marketing and event activities, always staying within budget and pursuing ventures that lead to finical growth 
-	Responsible for organizing wholesale & brand events such as trade shows, store build-outs, seasonal in-store events, and off site events. Caught the eye of new clientele, but made sure to always stick to brand story and core aesthetic.  
-	Created a yearly PR plan, which helped build everlasting relationship with media outlets, stylists, venues, and customers. 
-	Organized community based events that supported different sectors of the brand - with an emphasis on building genuine relationships with our industry & the Venice neighborhood. 
-	Represented Deus while traveling to support other brands and our community.
-	Hired, trained, and managed an amazing staff of 25 – these brand ambassadors helped with the execution and wrap of all events. 
-	Wrote & shot content for online blog –related stories and photos to our community & brand. 
-	Executed over 100 successful events that have driven sales and built lasting relationships
