I have been working in the running specialty industry at Road Runner Sports for four years with many different titles.  It is my goal to grow professionally while representing a brand I truly believe in.

Designs and carries out long-term and daily workout plans for student athletes.
Teaches, motivates, and leads athletes to meet personal and team goals.
Communicates with athletes, parents, trainers, coaches, and athletic coordinators regarding scheduling, finances, and athletes’ personal needs.

Works with a team to design therapy programming according to client and parent needs.
Carries out therapy programming to ensure literacy and educational goals are met for clients with various learning challenges and visual and auditory processing disabilities.
Communicates with parents, clinicians and clinical directors regarding client progress.

Clinician

Assisted customers with product needs and gait analysis while performing initiatives to meet revenue and percentage-based sales incentives.
Trained, developed, and motivated employees on sales initiatives and product knowledge.
Oversaw and regulated daily employee schedule and delegated tasks while monitoring customer flow throughout the store to ensure optimal customer experience.

Retail Sales Associate/ Store Facilitator

Organize camper activities.  Delegate daily counselor assignments.  Lead a weekly team of campers.  Coach on form, technique, and strategy.  Create a fun, exciting, and safe atmosphere for campers and staff.

Head Counselor

Explain, demonstrate and supervise customers' active therapy exercise.  This requires strong organizational and multi-tasking skills as well as well as the ability to find a personal connection with patients.
