I have 10 years of customer  support/service experience. I am  a hard working team player who  is professional and knows how to  accomplish the tasks at hand.

Working at a four star, four diamond resort. I have gain many useful trades that transition to multiple different areas of work. From maintaining guests accounts to billing and receiving payment dues for hotel parking. Assisting guests in their daily stay at the resort. Retrieving guests cars in a timely manner, and offer any help with directions to the surrounding areas. Also in charge of all incoming and out going traffic on the driveway for the resort.

Working in the customer support division of Dealer Socket, I assisted all clients of Dealer Socket. From answering and placing outbound calls to Dealer Socket dealerships. Handling and fixing all software related issues on my level. Maintaining quality assurance tickets and providing customer service to all clients who needed assistance.
