Reason left was  product development not in sync with market realities.  Failure to complete hardware.

In first 6 months signed 15 International Distributors and prestigious U.S. accounts as well as put 15 sales reps from 3 different sales agencies in place.  (FRYS, STAPLES, BROOKSTONE, HSN, Fred Meyer, et cetera...approx 2,000 doors in 150 days)

First year sales booked in access of $2.3m and 150,000 units.

Exxel supplied major retailers such as Target, Kohl's and Wal-mart as well as sporting goods chains like Dicks Sporting Goods, Bass Pro Shops, Gander Mountain,Academy Sports and Big 5 Sporting Goods. Exxel distributes goods throughout the U.S and export to Canada, Asia, Australia, Latin America and Europe.

Leading company in Holographic Energy Products. Product improves balance and strength.  Responsible for all sales domestic and Internationally. Drove sales,created channel marketing and sales teams and was personally responsible for approx 90% of all sales in 3 years from $0 to $20,000,000.  Penetrated/sold  most domestic sporting goods/action sports retailers as well strong distributors in over 35 countries. Created and launched approx 30 event marketing teams to get the brand in front of consumers.  Successfully executed licensing contracts with Adidas-Japan, Billabong and NITRO Germany.

Start up company in the holographic energy band sales. Established channel sales teams and negotiated all contracts and prepared all distributor contracts Internationally to over 40 countries in first three years. Personally responsible for approx 90% of all sales taking company from less then 500K when I joined to  $18,000,000 in sales in three years. Instituted event marketing teams across the U.S. to introduce the brand and our products.

Recruited to be President of the Dickies Footwear division of EJ Footwear (Georgia Boot and Durango).  Put product line(s) together for work, safety, outdoor and junior. Hired sales force and within two years had a $13,000,000 placed in major retailers across the U.S in work, safety, outdoor and junior.  Ex:  Sears,Tilly's, Pacific Sunwear, Journeys,  Sportsman Guide, Boot Barn and approx 250 more retailers in less then two years.

VP Sales for start-up footwear company with tremendous International brand name we licensed for footwear. Responsible for all sales and helped drive company from $3,000,000 when I joined to $50,000,000 in 4 years with over 65 countries and 28 distributors worldwide. Hired all U.S. sales teams and KAM's and placed footwear with all major department stores and leading fashion independents both mens and womens.
