Marketing and Events Assistant

(TEN: The Enthusiast Network formerly TransWorld Media/Grind Media)
- Assist marketing and events team of TEN's action sports division.
- Assistance in development activation of event marketing plan for upcoming TW/Grind event –
online, social media, editorial coverage, pre pomo materials (posters/flyers/etc), onsite
(branding/event layout/etc).
- Monitor live feedback using Goggle Analytics amongst all of our titles amongst TransWorld/Grind
Media.
- Track event metrics.
- Create detailed ROI reports for multiple events and collect all event collateral material including digital media materials and onsite photos.
- Create event/competition listings using the Active Network
- Assist the web development/digital media department with SEO for multiple TW platforms
- Gather all promotional prizes from our sponsors for TransWorld SNOWboarding TransAM 2014 and 2015 and prepare all collateral for each of the 10-11 stops.
- Involvement in all things events and marketing with TransWorld SKATE, SNOW, BMX, MOTO,
SURFING Magazine, SURFER Magazine, etc.

- Planning & execution of TransWorld Media event deliverables for both Transworld owned & non-owned events.
- Involvement in all aspects of Transworld event activation -- pre, onsite, post/recap
- Assistance in development activation of event marketing plan for upcoming TW event -- online, social media, editorial coverage, pre promo materials (posters/flyers/etc), onsite (branding/event layout/etc)
- Experience in the planning and organization of agency competition programs - TWSnow TransAm, TWMX Race Series, TWSkate Come Up Tour, BMX Proving Grounds, etc
-TW Surf, TW Skate, TW Snow, TW BMX, TW Motocross

Marketing and Events Intern

- Provides excellent customer service as outlined in the Vans SKATE training program which includes, but not limited to greeting, fitting/measuring, and assisting with meeting the customers needs and ensuring they experience the full breadth of our product lines
- Replenishes stock levels on the sales floor as needed; organizes and maintains organization of store stockroom
- Assists with ensuring proper sales promotional setup of store and maintenance of sales floor and stockroom to create a neat, clean and well presented store
- Adheres to company policies and procedures, standards and practices, regulatory compliance, and company directives are being followed
