Account Management: Build and manage relationships, optimize and grow sales of Major Accounts; Nordstrom, StitchFix, REVOLVE, Neiman Marcus, and Shop Bop. Manage, analyze, and report back weekly selling by style and door to brands design and production teams. 

Brand Engagement: Participate in brand events; such as Bell Ringing Ceremony for new Full-time employees with The Giving Keys. The Giving Keys, provide jobs to people transitioning out of homelessness to do the production of their jewelry. 

Monitor Sales: Develop reports and metrics to track team sales production each season. Ensure that all sales deadlines and goals are met.

Account & Client Engagement Support: Responsible for managing the client relationship through effective communication, problem solving, and responding to client/account requests. 

New Business Development: Research and target new accounts that fit with the vision of the brand 

Brand Development and Marketing: Work with brand's merchandising and marketing team to design how brands will be promoted and should be merchandised. 

Communication & Time Management: Work closely with each brand's production and marketing teams, and customer service teams to develop, manage, and monitor seasonal deadline and timetables. 

Relationship & Team Builder: Responsible for first round interviews new team members. Contributes to new employees' first month job review. Helping build a strong and cohesive team. 


Showroom Representing Brands: Rails LA, Capulet, Cotton Citizen, Rory Beca, The Giving Keys, McGuire Denim, and Linea Pelle 
•	Responsible for the hire of showroom staff and management of showroom operations
•	Create marketing materials for upcoming tradeshows and events 
•	Analyze selling reports for showroom as a whole 
•	Manage Instagram account, engaging with our wholesale customers as well as reaching out to new retailers. 

Showroom Manager 

Responsible for the management of sales and maintaining strong relationships within with key accounts. Lead point of contact for any matters between clients and production team. Ensuring the timely and successfully delivery of service for all events according to the accounts’ needs. Negotiate contracts to maximize profit as well as client satisfaction. Actively seek new business opportunities through market research. Create social media campaigns and gather analytics. Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts.
