Training is my expertise and it has diversified skill sets. I am very technical/mechanical and yet have the soft skills of customer satisfaction. I have developed curriculums and taught training for: sales, hard and soft skills, HR- talent development, technical, and everything in-between. Every successful organization needs this type of support and I can bring my positive attitude, skills and knowledge to them. I embrace current technologies and use them to lead company goals and strategies. To date, I’ve used blended training techniques for retail outlets and customers.
