Training is my expertise and it has diversified skill sets. I am very technical/mechanical and yet have the soft skills of customer satisfaction. I have developed curriculums and taught training for: sales, hard and soft skills, HR- talent development, technical, and everything in-between. Every successful organization needs this type of support and I can bring my positive attitude, skills and knowledge to them. I embrace current technologies and use them to lead company goals and strategies. To date, I’ve used blended training techniques for retail outlets and customers. Training is just one facet of what I can bring to the table. I pride myself on my communication and organizational skills.
