Product Manager

Drive design and development of cutting-edge motorcycle, heated and snow apparel, footwear and luggage, to leverage latest technology and style.
Identify and resolve problems in the production line.
Communicate with the Helmet House sales team through travel, memos and other means.
Drive the initiation and growth of the elite/professional racer component of the Helmet House brand, Cortech, through market specific product development, building relationships with top-level racing personalities through on-sight race support. 
Deliver all projects in a timely manner by effectively managing multiple vendors with clear, proactive communications to ensure product requirements and schedules were maintained. 
Develop and provide all product training materials to the customer facing sales force, including photography, spec sheets, technical details and seasonal catalogs, enabling the field team to communicate the valued proposition and all compelling features of the Helmet House designs.
Present new products to the entire sales force as lead presenter at annual Summer Sales Meeting and organized breakout groups for more detailed training.
Establish relationships with vendors in four different countries; Bangladesh, China, Pakistan and Vietnam.
Assist in the negotiation of pricing and terms for purchases with vendors
Travel to Bangladesh at least once per year for meetings and to review current production.
