Production Coordinator

•	Receives and processes a high volume of production orders and ensures all details, requests, and other project related tasks are prepared and ready for production
•	Prepares and provides detailed purchase and work orders to the Warehouse Manager to initiate projects
•	Orders, sources, and logs all garments and materials needed for projects while providing options to maintain the company’s budget
•	Handles online, phone and in person inquiries by providing top service to customers, company partners, and employees
•	Assists the CEO and Production Manager in general clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, shipping, data entry and editing
