Perry Urena

As a recent graduate from Long Beach State with a Bachelor's in Finance, I have over seven years of experience working in a variety of different industries. Most recently, I was an acquisition analyst specializing in investment grade commercial and residential properties. I conducted research and complete analysis of the subject, and negotiating the transaction with the sales broker.

Prior to that, I worked at the in the box office at the Long Beach Convention Center, Vice President of Finance for the American Marketing Association at CSULB, Youth Development Professional for the Boys and Girls Club of America, and as a Sales Associate for Home Depot. The skills I have developed over the years is the ability to work with numbers, how to problem solve in the field, and how far a team and truly go.

I enjoy fashion, photography, design, traveling, art and music. When I'm not working, I'm usually listening to Amy Winehouse, developing film or skateboarding with my dog.
