Through my education, professional career, and volunteer work in motocross I have a solid foundation on which I would like to build up to bigger and better things. My experience has molded an independent, driven, charismatic problem solver who is equally comfortable leading the charge or following the plan. I love to travel and have been to events all over the country from the amateur ranks all the way up to the Pro Motocross tour.

• Started by working the gate on the weekends for side money. The current owner Keith Johnson had just started the track back up after a year of it being closed.
• Helped with things behind the scenes using my knowledge from the previous owners.
• Did major track clean up with local volunteers.
• In 2015 helped prepare the track for MXSports to inspect for a possible national.
• Spent two months prior to 2016 national preparing the track.
• Worked with John Ayers and MotoTees to find local workers.


• Support and management for a growing mechanical repair and forestry company
• All office functions including bidding and bonding on private and municipal projects
• On site supervisory role for larger projects
• Building a rental network in Western MA for smaller heavy equipment
• Partnership with The Wick 338 for all mechanical needs in exchange for advertising
• Participated in 2018 & 2019 Southwick National as a sponsored vendor 

• All sponsor obligations for NBC Sports/Lucas Oil Pro Motocross.
• Set up VIP and media areas for each event.
• Install TV advertising in the form of banners, trackside repeater, and inflatables.
•  Season includes 12 rounds of Lucas Oil Pro Motocross and a single MXGP with the potential to participate in the Monster Energy Cup and 2018 Feld events.

Sponsor Obligations

•	Contracted work within an affluent private hunting & fishing community maintaining properties
•	Perform lawn care as well as vista pruning and tree removal
•	Heavy equipment maintenance, transport, and operation
•	Install and maintain driveways and culverts
•	Snow removal for a 296-unit apartment complex during winter months



Property Consultant

• Multi-functional role involved in all aspects of sales, marketing, administrative, and customer relations needs.
• Managed multiple, changing priorities with external suppliers while coordinating daily responsibilities.
• Reported sales and shipping metrics, standardizing documentation and managing data quality. 
• Analyzed data and implemented cross functional process improvements with the use of KPIs.
• Delivered new quotes and reviewed pricing including a full fleet update.
• Initiated the development of and completed a department wide training manual.
• Collaborated with the production team to improve delivery times and processes.
• Updated brochures, trade show presentations, website, and company logo utilizing the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Created interactive digital marketing presentation highlighting key skills and top performers.
• Took on additional industry specific classes during free time to gain a better understanding.

Inside Sales Associate | Sales Coordinator

• Managed all areas of restaurant operations including staffing and scheduling.
• Trained employees on restaurant functions including customer service.
• Coordinated back-end and front-end activities.
• Responsible for customer satisfaction and successfully handled customer complaints.
• Accountable for daily deposit, managed inventory deliveries and updates.
• Worked with owners to refine business practices and streamline operations.
• Provided substantial input during renovation which led to new product development.
