I am currently working for United Airlines in the Business Service Center as an Analyst for the Finance/Sales and Accounting team. Previously, I have been on the Flight Optimization Group for Corporate Cargo in the Willis tower, the Short Term Manpower Planning Team at ORD airport, and the Long Term Resource Planning Team at ORD.

Although my time at United has been more operational and analytical, I also have a strong understanding of marketing practices from prior employment. My marketing expertise prior to United Airlines involves, but is not limited to, project management, campaigns, event coordination and execution, communication with all levels of management for completing tasks or organizing events, improving social media awareness and growth while scheduling/creating content, and testing/development of new software features/functionality. I also have a bachelor’s degree in marketing.

I enjoy seeing results and insights from projects. I have a background in tracking and creating reports based on trends and data to spot areas of improvement. My Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, and SEO experience plays a part in this.
