oResponsible for the overall P+L commercial business in the Asia markets, which consist of Endurance and Motorized sporting events and circuits. 
oDeveloped business plan and strategy for multiple product lines to achieve MYLAPS international sales goals across 18 countries throughout the assigned region with an overall revenue of approximately $2M annually. Achieved 107% actual vs budgeted sales in 2017. 
oFormed relationships with Race Organizers and Associations responsible for events such as the Hong Kong Marathon, Asia GT Series, Moto GP, Formula 1, IRONMAN and various other sporting events throughout Asia.
oManaged a team of 3 regional Sales Executive in new business development opportunities via cross-functional sales channels (B2B and B2C).
oCoordinated with Finance, Product Management, Software Development, and Operations Departments at our global headquarters in Holland to optimize order process efficiency. 


o	Responsible for sales opportunity forecasting and meeting annual targets through both existing accounts and new business development exceeding $1.2M annually.
o	Generated over $210k in new business in first year resulting in 20% market overall growth for the assigned territory. 
o	Developed relationships with Race Directors and executive level decision makers of events such as the Boston Marathon, Chicago Marathon, Houston Marathon, UCI BMX World Cup, Running USA, RRCA, and IRONMAN Triathlon Series. 
o	Responsible for developing and delivering presentations highlighting the benefits MYLAPS hardware, software, registration platform,  IOS and Android mobile Apps, and other data platforms to key decision makers in the Endurance Sports industry including Sporting Federations and Race Directors/Organizers.


Business Development Executive, Endurance Sports

o	Served as point of contact for approximately 75 existing accounts using various types of timing technology and event registration platforms.
o	Effectively communicated customer insights and feedback to software developers as new MYLAPS software was brought to market with the launch of the new X2 data platform in both motorized and endurance markets.
o	First line technical support and new customer training for integrated MYLAPS hardware and software technology. 


Account Manager, Endurance Sports

o	Assisted managing SHAQ (Shaquille O’Neil) and DUNKMAN brands for domestic and international accounts exceeding $30 million in volume. 
o	Analyzed market forecasts and individual accounts sales trends identifying styles/silhouettes to expand resulting in double-digit sales growth. 
o	Assisted with product line presentations to upper management and buying teams for various sporting good retailers, selling them on key opportunities for each brand. 
o	Partnered with accounts and licensees on in-store marketing and training initiatives including promotions, in-store signage, and Shaq appearances resulting in increased traffic and sales of +10%.
