Demand Planning Manager

As Operations Manager I was responsible for implementing and maintaining business process’ across all functions of the operation.  I was the project manager on the expansion of the company into a new global headquarters from design and construction to the overall move in and go live.  Thru business mapping and analysis I successfully transitioned the company from Quickbooks to Epicor ERP and have implemented daily planning and process execution in areas of the business such as demand and capacity planning, purchasing and warehousing/distribution. Upon the transition of the Callaway Golf Apparel License back to Callaway Golf in 2009, I was given an opportunity to continue my management of the strategic and operational planning for the Callaway Golf Apparel line.  As part of the massive transition to Perry Ellis from Ashworth, my role in managing the transition from an inventory, warehouse planning, sales, customer service and system implementation.  As well as my demand planning of the future season, my role is spread across all facets of the apparel operation.  With the successful transition in apparel business as well as my experience in footwear and soft goods in general, I was given the opportunity to not only plan apparel, but footwear, eyewear and socks.
