I have years of experience as a retail manager, as well as a year contract on a buying team with Anthropologie as a Buying Operations Coordinator.

I have been privileged to see the full scope of the retail industry from the store management side, buying side, and production/logistics side.  

I enjoy working closely with the product, and would love the opportunity to either work on the development side of a men's clothing line, or selling a product that I feel passionate about.

•	Responsible for entering (and revising) purchase orders for both selling channels on a timely basis
•	Tracking Purchase orders through POS, PLM, and ERP software utilization to ensure timely delivery of merchandise through consistent communication and follow-up with the vendors, distribution center, Traffic team, and buying team
•	Act as liaison between the vendor and the buyer, being responsible for all vendor follow up such as arranging credits for late deliveries, cancellations of orders and negotiating RTVs for defective or poor quality merchandise
•	Develop strong vendor communication skills.  Build relationships with vendor base through the following interactions: setting up new vendors and sending them routing guides/ pre-ticketing information
•	Ensure proper set up and maintenance of SKUs in multiple information systems including pricing, costing, loads, descriptions, attributes, shipping restrictions, and up charges

Buying Operations Coordinator

•	Opened and closed store daily; carried out daily store operational duties
•	Created and maintained daily sales reports and delegate tasks to sales associates
•	Responsible for recruiting, interviewing and training sales associates
•	Customer focus: placed special orders and found guest’s favorite product.  Maintained close relationship with guests and individually reached out when new specific styles came into the store
•	Merchandising:  Replenishment ordering, as well as the freedom to place orders with product fit for guest

•	Opened and closed store daily
•	Dedicated to building relationships with other PacSun Store Managers and shared best practices
•	Merchandising: set up product concept displays on a weekly basis
