Account Executive - Trade Show Division

I am a young professional and a  with ambitions to work in the  action sports industry. I've been  working in the event industry for  over 5 years. My work ethic,  attention to detail, and ability to  think on my feet separate me  from others.

At Hargrove, Inc. as an Account Executive I am responsible for sales of new business in tradeshow sales in the Baltimore/DC area and across the country, as well as retention of long term Hargrove clients. I work with both association and corporate tradeshows of all sizes with the supply of any element they need to make their event successful.

My responsibilities also include the following:
- The acting single point of contact with the client in months leading up to the show to ensure the accuracy of every detailed work order, shop orders and graphics request
- Work directly with CAD detailers and graphic designers to monitor the completion of every graphic request and scaled floor plan
- Monitor on-site union labor during installation to ensure the correct placement of each element

Server

I was in charge of pre-game preparations for each home game for the 2009 Raven's season. I did a variety of duties from sorting and creating position passes for 700+ employees for each individual game, calling all employees to remind of each up coming game, creating crew calls for each area of the stadium, etc. During game days I was responsible for the check-in process for 700+ employees, managing supervisors throughout the game, handling in-game incidents. Post game duties involved working with time clock system in order to assure each employee was accredited correctly for their labor.
