Part Time Associate

Customer service, restocking retail areas, using the register/POS system, making wine & beer recommendations, assisting customers over the phone, transferring calls

Clean used kegs,fill kegs from bright tanks, package bottles for wholesale, CIP Bright Tanks and Fermentation Tanks,assist during canning runs, yeast out tanks, pressure rinse bright tanks. Help to maintain inventory of filled/empty kegs, filled cans, and filled growler cases. Help to organize warehouse inventory and storage. Various other miscellaneous tasks.

Production Assistant

Duties include conducting tours and beer tastings for customers, serving customers, assisting customers over the phone, refilling customer’s orders,using cash register/ POS system, preparing product for sale, assisting with special events and restocking retail items. Additional duties include using equipment to clean out used kegs,filling kegs, package bottles for wholesale, CIP Bright Tanks and Fermentation Tanks, and assist during canning runs.

Taught English classes for university and adult ESL students. Prepared all materials and custom tailored each lesson for individual student’s abilities and goals.Extensive use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Assisted with preparation and hosting of company social events.

English Teacher

I worked closely with a group of Korean co-teachers to create a comprehensive English curriculum for grades 3-6. My responsibilities included creating classroom activities, homework correction, and test/ project grade assessments. Extensive use of Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint

Created lessons, activities and games for 5-7 classes daily. Student’s ages ranged elementary to adult. Prepared student’s quarterly progress reports. Administered student’s weekly oral assignment tests over the phone. Planned and supervised games and activities for seasonal festival days.
