Responsible for holding weekly meetings with the department manager about the successes and areas where improvement is sought in the department. To ultimately ensure the success of the brand and remain aware of any opportunities for growth of the brand.

Fashion Stylist

Assisted the Marketing Coordinator in the organization and activation of duties during the event. Participated in the professional athlete check-in and entrance to event. Assisted in the coordination of event volunteers as well as the Street League Skateboarding partner activations.

Assisted in the planning and execution of special events. Compiled Special Event Orders and the necessary paperwork that corresponded. Cold called and contacted prospective clients and input new information into online special events database, Caterease. Wrote and distributed proposals and contracts to clients. Assisted the logistic manager in on-site duties for the event taking place.

Sales and Logistics- Special Events Intern

Responsible for planning and executing evenings accordingly alongside management team. Allocating over 300 guests to their perspective seating areas in a timely manner. Responsible for the booking of large parties as well as meeting and exceeding guest’s needs. Responsible for scheduling meetings for managerial positions.
