Over fifteen years as a multi-unit manager leading teams in multi-channel growth and profitability.  Ten plus years as Director of Retail Operations for Massey's Professional Outfitters, four years as District Manager and ten years as a Store Manager for San Diego based Adventure 16. Act as the liaison between 7 Eleven Inc and 7-11 franchisees in the San Diego area.
? Work with franchisees to determine the best product assortment for their location
