Rep. - Field Sales Program

I am currently a Sales Rep 2XU. I support and manage Florida accounts and operations and also I support the Marketing Department in National Accounts such as Dicks Sporting Goods. My role requires technical knowledge of compression garments and human physiology.

Manage sales for specialty retail within Florida. Support the marketing dept on national accounts like Dicks Sporting Goods.

Currently recruiting IT professionals for functional and technical roles such as Program Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Network Engineers, and System Engineers for companies including Gap, Visa, Levi's Apple, and Amazon.com.

Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and field partners
Qualifying candidates by conducting telephone interviews to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements. 

Finding talented technology professionals through sourcing on various job boards, social networks, referrals, cold calling, recruiting calls.

Coordinating between field partners, response delivery managers, account managers, and candidates.
