Operations Supervisor

I am a graduate of  California State  University, Long Beach  with a bachelor's degree  in Fashion  Merchandising.  I am looking to obtain a challenging, full-time position in a corporate environment with a reputable company that offers long-term career opportunities where I can utilize my knowledge and training in the fashion industry.

- Lead the receiving team and maintain the flow of goods from receipt to product placement
- Oversee shipment receipt process
- Maintain organization of all receiving and stockroom areas to ensure accessibility to employees
- Train associates on back of house standards and tasks
- Manage inventory levels and restock processes to continually maintain store stock levels
- Execute transfers, charge sends, supply orders, and other operationally driven tasks
- Assist in establishing and holding team accountable for Loss Prevention controls

- Over six years experience in customer service sales and with increased responsibilities
- Responsible for creating and providing a strong, warm customer service experience for all potential and current members in-person and over-the-phone
- Repeat top performer in sales campaigns including spa service sales and product sales
- Assist spa supervisor in creating and maintaining work schedules
- Support retention, revenue, and client engagement
-Train new hire customer service associates for spa

- Receive and display new spa retail inventory

Lead Spa Customer Service Associate

- Rasterize CAD's and set up Merch pages in Adobe Illustrator
- Maintain and categorize files in the Project Lifecycle Management system (PLM)
- Edit catalog for upcoming seasons
- Prepare sample garments for photo shoots according to industry standards
- Assist with Ecommerce, catalog, and floorset photo shoots
- Build and maintain fabric libraries
- Prepare for trade show and sales meetings
