•	Manages all micro sites and social media accounts    
•	Provides administrative support as needed and assists with special projects as assigned.
•	Maintains database, including campaign (event) details, and updating leads
•	Coordinates with business development, branding/graphic services, office administration, and facilities in execution of internal meetings, and educational workshops
•	Assumes on-site management for assigned meetings; organizes staff, speakers and materials; ensures all agenda timelines are met.


Executive Administrative Duties:
•	Act as first point of contact by representing the company in a positive manner
•	Answer incoming calls, determine purpose of call and transfer call
•	Take and deliver messages
•	Greet visitors
•	Handle customer queries
•	Schedule appointments
•	Create contracts and proposals from supplied information
•	Research and identify sales prospects and opportunities
•	Forward leads to internal/external staff
•	 Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment
•	Manage paper and electronic filing systems
•	Create standard operating procedure book and update when needed
•	Create CRM spreadsheets with easily identified information

Marketing Duties:
•	Oversee and help create company brochures, newsletter, neighborhood newsletters, and similar documents
•	Manage inventory of literature items for in-house and outside vendors
•	Assist with coordinating marketing events (golf tournaments, design workshops, PR through community events, etc.)
•	Prepare and coordinate customer mailings
•	Monitor outside marketing activities and spending
•	Prepare materials for marketing events
•	Update marketing communication platforms (websites and social media)
•	Assist with marketing research
•	Prepare presentations
•	Maintain archives of marketing material

Executive Assistant/Marketing Assistant

•	Establish brand recognition/awareness
•	Project management- oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific short-terms

Executive Assistant

•	Game Day Responsibilities: silent auction (raising a minimum of $5,000 per auction night), greet DDF pre-game guests
•	Office Work Responsibilities: assist with solicitation mailers, message board      photo mailers, data entry for Baseball Camp, financial reports for auctions
•	Baseball Camp Duties: registration, team counselor, helping with former/current Dodger players, camp station set up
•	Special Events: Dreamfield Dedications, Charity Golf Invitational, Bowling

•	Establish excellent customer relations and ensures high quality of customer service to the golfing public
•	Coordinate assigned golf operation activities and functions in accordance with established policies including: booking reservations, assigning the play of golfers, collecting greens fees, golf cart rental, and assisting with golf tournaments
•	Effectively communicate our sales proposition and the added value and benefits of our product to all event clients and up sell them on other offerings
