Professionally, I am a "Retired" USA National Team Member. I was an internationally competitive athlete for the USA Swimming Open Water team '05. For two years, I was on the USA National Team for Modern Pentathlon and retired as the second alternate for the 2012 Olympic Games. In addition, I hold two World Records for Open Water Marathon Swimming. First/Yongest woman to cross the Santa-Barbara Channel & I curretly hold the record for the "Triple Crown" of Marathon swimming (English Channel, Catalina Channel, and finishing the Manhattan Island Marathon swim in 36 days. Academically, as an NCAA student-athlete, I hold a B.A. in Communication with a Media Emphasis and a Minor in Leadership Studies from the University of San Diego. In addition, I hold a Masters of Education with a focus in Athletic Administration from the University of Southern California. On a personal note, I am an avid outdoor enthusest and utilize various athletic products and gear for these adventures. My goal is to acquire a position that enables me to utilize my athletic experience, fashion since, educational background, organizational, strong communication skills to support an athletically minded outdoor or Lifestyle company.
