Energy, excitement, positive attitudes, and customer engagement are a few of the ways I measure event success. My dedication to people and quality results is a contributor to my consistently positive outcomes and career success. By understanding the importance of not overreacting and instead creating opportunities, I’ve enriched my casting and creative director talents for a variety of video, photo, live, online, and publication events and projects. Whether discovering 200+ models to fulfill an international retail company’s casting needs, or casting a few models for a Bruce Weber photo shoot campaign, I’ve enjoyed meeting people, having fun, and producing great results. Since joining Abercrombie & Fitch, I am proud of my many achievements, including: • Growing Hollister stores in Florida from 4 to 21 locations in 12 months by strategically recruiting employees, providing training, creating promotional events, and offering outstanding customer assistance. • Creating extensive online communities with Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram including 130,000+ collective views and interactions, 10+ million fans at a live event, and 100 short customized videos produced and posted in 8 hours. • Generating revenue by reworking 34 style guides used in 21 countries, adjusting marketing collateral to keep the look fresh, and gathering relevant content and photos used in multiple distribution projects and channels. Having fun, quickly producing outcomes, and stretching boundaries are ways to introduce a brand to a new city, as well as ways to keep a brand top-of-mind with established customers. Creating a vision, strategic planning, casting, communicating, establishing media outlets, and quickly resolving problem are all talents I love to use.
