Administrative Assistant

My goal is to obtain an Executive Assistant role which will utilize my skills and experience to enhance and strengthen myself and the organization.

I worked temporary administrative positions such as Prospect Medical and Office Furniture Group and currently at Pacific Life using staffing agencies. It gave me the opportunity to manage my time and also helped me stay sharp with my skill sets.

•	Managed calendars, meetings and conference calls 
•	Supervised contracts, change orders, budgets and other various reports
•	Processed and coded invoices, expense reports, financial reports 
•	Coordinated business travel
•	Event coordination for all marketing meetings

As the Executive Assistant for the SVP of Government Relations and Corporate Communications plus the Marketing Director I helped run daily activities from calendars, meetings, reports, sales office operations and maintain relationships with officials and vendors. Furthermore, I was also editor and designer for the company quarterly newsletter and semi-annual newspaper and creation of various ads needed. Occasionally I served as a backup receptionist.

My role was to run the main office smoothly and delegate all foot traffic, calls, and answer our customer service line. I occasionally assisted HR with the screening and hiring process. I was the only assistant for the team of 7-10 employees.

I played a crucial role of contract handling, accounting and time management for consultants. I was in charge of all training sessions in house and offsite. Occasionally I assisted with reception duties.
