•	Established and maintained relationships with our manufacturing base in Asia. Negotiated pricing and terms.
•	Met with senior executives at major sporting goods retailers to determine their needs. Developed and delivered products 
that exceeded their expectations.

•	As Director of Operations my duties included but were not limited to, All aspects of company operations including 
the operation of our domestic factory, maintaining our banking relationship, arranging financing, order tracking, 
maintaining the sales and production database, maintaining the accounts payable and receivables, ordering materials 
for our domestic manufacturing along scheduling production to minimize expenses and maximize cash flow
•	As Product Manager my duties were to oversee all of our product along with all of our OEM clients products, these 
responsibilities started with concepts through prototyping, and on to sales samples, to ensure all the schedules and timelines 
were met along with coordinating the different categories boards, boots and bindings into a cohesive product offering
•	20% International Travel
