As the Director of E-Commerce & Digital Marketing with a specialty retailer includes managing the overall marketing and sales process within the digital marketplace. I am responsible for identifying the best use of the advertising budget and resources to drive customer interaction and lead generation of qualified web shoppers to our web store, phone sales leads, and to our retail stores via foot traffic. Developing brand recognition with a consistent message throughout a variety of digital platforms including; social media, search engine marketing, and display advertisements and form a loyal customer following.
