         dealers. 
•	Developed and implemented business plans, sales and distribution strategies across multiple new channels. Conducted 
       ongoing analysis of market trends, dealer sell through and margins.
•	Built out an international distribution and sales strategy signing up and managing 27 distributors worldwide.
•	Responsible for overseeing and managing all Burley marketing, brand positioning, collateral development and channel 
         partner programs.

•	Managed the implementation of a CRM tracking and reporting tool to measure sales and performance metrics.
