Negotiate Rates, contracts, travel for models/groomers.  Book all necessary travel for models/groomers.  Manage all booked talent on a weekly basis. Provide call sheets for all shoots (Editorial & Catalog) Keep a data base with all castings and model profiles.  Assist directors in choosing appropriate models for current aesthetic of the sites.  Maintain model budgets for directors and accounting department.  Approve all model/groomer invoicing. Maintain excellent relationships with agencies in: LA, NY, MIAMI, & Europe.  Attend mixers and networking events in the LA Area.

Book Models/Groomers for REVOLVE Man & Forward by Elyse Walker for e comm/editorial. Host castings for potential new talent.  Negotiate Rates, contracts, etc for models/groomers.
