Show Marketing Manager

Event Marketing / Social Media Director for national retail chains, music labels & brands with 10+ years’ experience, with an emphasis on experiential event management and Influencer partnerships.

- Develop and execute 360 degree marketing plans for all shows that come through House of Blue Anaheim 
- Place advertising buys via channels such as social media, digital, radio & print pertaining to the shows booked at House of Blues Anaheim. 
- Compile weekly sales tracking reports to determine total sales along with effectiveness of advertising spends
- Develop, manage and track strategic marketing and promotional plans for multiple & simultaneous shows/events at House of Blues. 
- Manage promotional campaigns via digital/social (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google and YouTube), radio (for- and non-profit), TV, print, outdoor and grassroots elements
- Work with national radio stations on presenting shows 
- Operate within budget constraints of assigned projects (400+ shows per year) and track all campaign expenditures and allocations. 
- Assist in PR-related tasks, such as press events, live photography and "meet-&-greets" with artists
- Compile weekly sales tracking reports

-	Execute special events including concerts, conferences & corporate parties
-	During events overseeing over 100 staff members 
-	Ensure all rentals are delivered & properly executed for every event within event space
-	Update and submit all necessary invoices and event financial documents
-	Direct event security, parking and ops as it relates to the event
-	Act as a liaison for attendees and special guests upon entry if needed
-	Assist in creating a Guest Experience that ensures OCFEC standards are exceeded
-	Responsible for tracking of all event costs, P&L’s, and rental costs 
-	Lead staff briefings before each event to ensure all pertinent information is covered with all staff 


EVENT MANAGER

- Organize and execute all sponsorship activation points on sponsored tours including: on- site set-up at shows, branding in advertising, ticketing deliverables, pre-sale inclusion, and band involvement such as meet n greets & artist clinics.
- Cultivate key relationships including non-profit partners

Sponsorship Director

- Develop and grow the Hundred Handed brand and business through multichannel online marketing campaigns and onsite improvements
