Marketing Coordinator

Marketing and Events Professional  - University of Central Florida  Graduate - Lover of all things  Beach and Outdoor-related

Responsible for curating and implementing all marketing and advertising content/ strategies for print and digital circulation

Write and edit copy for catalog, website, email marketing, search engines, social media and all print collateral

Create, implement and track all promotions, manage team of graphic artists including in-house creative art department and freelance designers. Oversee creation of all graphics for catalog, email marketing, product sell sheets, flyers, brochures, event promotions etc.

Coordinate new product photography, videos and rich media content for distribution on the web

Manage and coordinate all event planning needs and develop targeted promotions for national/ regional tradeshows driving customer engagement and lead generation

Lead new product education sessions with sales teams during weekly sales meetings

Interface with upper management on creative branding initiatives; provide creative support to product development manager including naming new products and developing messaging consistent with company's brand identity

Manage search engine optimization in B2B search engines using keywords and PPC campaigns

Spearhead social media initiatives( Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram) and website redevelopment from. asp platform to a state of the art mobile optimized site 
Update subscriber lists for email campaigns; create enticing email marketing content using marketing automation dashboards( Simplycast, Vertical Response); review daily reports to monitor key analytics- open rates, click rates, opt outs, bounce rates

Write and distribute press releases to list of industry influencers, publication editors and industry associations

  +	Develop annual marketing communications calendar and budget
+	Plan and execute retail marketing campaigns – including in-store signage, POP, window displays and market specific activations; design and manage production and fulfilment of orders and materials
+	Coordinate with Men’s and Women’s Brand Marketing, E-commerce, Art, Visual Merchandising and Retail Teams to execute consistent brand messages in all brick and mortar locations
+	Coordinate national and regional initiatives with sales and merchandising team highlighting key product categories and seasonal brand stories
+	Coordinate with graphic design team; design and manage creative assets
+	Ensure visual and copy content aligns with regional/local market segments 
+	Coordinate marketing activations and events and serve as brand representative in the field, conduct post event analysis
+	Serve as primary point of contact and fulfill all retail marketing needs across all channels


Retail Marketing Manager + Graphic Designer

Direct all onsite events including corporate and association convention groups, local/ social, charitable and all public events( Taste of Pointe Orlando, 11th Annual I- Drive 5K, Florida Citrus Sports Orlando Bowl Week); host FAM's, site visits, dine- around and industry networking events

Interface with CVB, DMC, meeting planners' and group sales managers regarding leads; prepare proposals, agreements, financial, and supporting documents

Coordinate with onsite restaurants, retailers and entertainment venues regarding marketing and media opportunities and for“ block party style” multi- venue events( Kohl's, W.W. Grainger, Party at the Pointe)

Maintain/ update all collateral materials used in both B2B and B2C market segments

Write and publish weekly mall newsletter

Update leasing kits in print and digital formats; support leasing department by procuring industry research and market reports; compile site submittal reports for prospective tenants

Manage and maximize ROI of the Concierge Referral Program by strengthening relationships with hotels and referral marketing partners( Expedia, Destination Universal, DPMS)

Serve as community relations liaison by educating area hotel staff, concierge/ ticketing reps, Visit Orlando (CVB), travel/tourism industry partners, local media on current events and tenant news/ promotions

Write copy and manage content for website and social media pages( Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)

Simultaneously manage multiple social networks using social media management system( Hootsuite)

Increase social audiences via strategic integrated content sharing and targeted campaigns( Giveaways, Sponsored Stories); monitor key analytics and trends facilitating engagement

Marketing and Events Coordinator

Organize and input data tracking all grassroots marketing efforts and revenue generated through email marketing, social media promotions, Concierge Referral Program, advertising publications and all food & beverage promotions

Cultivate relationships with guest service representatives and concierges at area hotels; track sales and covers referred through the Concierge Referral Program; grow brand awareness within the local hospitality market by planning/ hosting industry events and promotions

Communicate dining and event capabilities to guests and group sales clients; communicate qualified sales inquiries to Group Sales Manager
