Graphic Designer

Colorful, purposeful and minimal graphic designer at heart from sunny California with 8 years of professional experience in health, non-profit, local/small business; in-house/freelance. I believe in creating lively work that makes people smile. Through design I aim to make others experiences better and more beautiful. Self motivation, hard work and a desire to learn new trends and techniques keeps me energized.

As a designer here I project manage and co-art direct. I handle a multitude of projects for many regions throughout the United States including: layout, editorial, apparel, web banners, ads, direct mail, signage and public presentations. All projects include interaction with the clients, and figuring out the best way to implement their requests without sacrificing design aesthetics.
Three of the biggest projects I’ve been involved with are:
• Creating the 100 Wells for Ethiopia campaign branding
• Migrating creative materials into an online database
• Quarterly tri-fold mailer – direct increase in patient retention  and new patient growth

Designing here I did most everything from conception to print and production. This is where my love for illustration began. Most of my time was spent designing mini campaigns and series art. The biggest project I worked on was designing a weekly, custom tri-fold bulletin. Along with those projects I was responsible for maintaining brand standards through print media channels, project management, corporate identity, layout, editorial, apparel design, managing multiple clients and co-managing projects.
