Summary


Currently under the administrative direction of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), I serve as the second highest-level senior manager within the organization. In my role I have complete oversight of multiple entities and their respective departments. Responsible for managing the company’s day-to-day operations and finances. Currently overseeing the planning and direction of operation's and facilities, and formulating long-range goals and plans for expansion. Instrumental in developing and establishing operating policies consistent with overall objectives and ensures their adequate execution. As the COO I manage, direct, plan and coordinate the functions and activities of assigned areas; oversee and administer assigned client needs and customer requirements. Establish processes and services; assists the CEO and other corporate administrators in the development, formulation and implementation of strategic plans and serves as part of the organizations senior management team. I direct operations to achieve budgeted results and other financial criteria and to preserve the capital funds invested in the companies. As the COO I have acted for the Chief Executive Officer in his absence; provided direct input regarding the organizational structure of the entities; provides expert professional assistance to executives; and performs other related duties as assigned.

Manufacturing- extensive experience with raw materials, negotiations with oversee vendors and manufactures. Traveled to factories in India, China and Mexico to assure vendor compliance.

E-Commerce- knowledgeable in executing and launching e -commerce sites with amazon/Walmart and other large retailers. ERP implementation and role experience in sporting goods.

Manages Performance – Drives the overall performance of the business, even of those who are not direct reports. Uses information and analysis of data to make recommendations and then drives performance to goals. Establishes realistic, challenging goals for the team and manages performance to those goals. Hold people accountable. Sets realistic monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives. Measures and communicates monthly results. Prioritizes work and time/schedule to achieve business objectives. Plans ahead (6-12months) to anticipate and overcome potential obstacles to success.
Fosters Teamwork – Through the clear communication of goals, and information related to performance fosters team work across departments to meet strategic initiatives. Involves functional groups in planning and budgeting processes. Listens to concerns, ideas and suggestions of cross-functional team members to achieve optimum results. Recognizes and celebrates success.
Decisiveness – Gather information and is comfortable makes recommendations or implementing change. Drives group agreement, but will make decisions when the group is deadlocked. Reviews data quickly to make decisions.

Skilled at making presentations. Capable of driving change based on financial analysis and ability to communicate the need to do so. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, employees, and the general public.
