•	Coordinate with various departments through out UCR to plan and execute details of events through out the campus and surrounding areas.	
	•	Process tickets from iShare,  maintain and upload event details.
	•	Work with in R’Space to order various items and insignia items  and create PO’s.
	•	Reserve rooms and spaces through out UCR for events, meetings and lectures.
	•	Reserve and pick up fleet for events, guests and departments.
	•	Work with Catering to order food and beverages, meal tickets, as well as plan menus.	
	•	Confer with staff at event site to coordinate details.
	• 	Visit event area to plan layout, seating, booth placement, registration and event areas.
