Responsibilities: Overseeing daily warehouse operations and distribution activity. This includes but is not limited to the efficient receipt, coordination, organization, and safety of goods processed through the warehouse.

?	Created new and improved Shipping and Receiving processes including a guaranteed 24 hour turnaround once an order was received
?	Responsible for forecasting personnel needs including managing temporaries on large projects
?	Worked in conjunction with  3PL Management to efficiently manage Costco and Wal-Mart programs
?	Instrumental in helping the company achieve a $50m, $65m and $81m sales goal the last 3 yrs

Distribution/Logistics Manager

Responsibilities:  Purchasing and production planning with an emphasis on warehousing and inventory control.  Prepare the budget for the operations of the warehouse and participation in the forecast of additional funds needed for warehouse staffing equipment and materials and supplies.

?	Improved cycle count accuracy by over 20%
?	Implemented SAP hand held scanner guns which led to increase in productivity by 125% and reduced headcount by 15 people saving $1million in annual personnel costs
