 - Traveled to 36 U.S. Army installations conducting roughly 600 interviews throughout the United States and countries such as Germany, Italy, and Korea working for the U.S. Army Installation Management Command.

 - Performed an in depth analysis of the U.S. Army museum system (U.S. Center for Military History) visiting more than 30 locations and coordinating benchmarking partnerships with both Walter P. Chrysler Museum and the General Motors Heritage Center in Detroit, Michigan.
