I am an experienced sales and training consultant that is looking to join an innovative, hard working team where our drive to share our passion for the sports we love fuels growth for a company.

Responsible for implementing a new corporate insurance sales and management system across a regional district of 12 independently owned and operated agencies.  Primary objective is to reduce non-productive overhead activities, help agents meet minimum required staffing levels, and increase revenue production inside agencies, while improving overall regulatory and corporate compliance.  These agents have grown by more than 745 policies in force and grown total agency premium by more than $945,000 since joining the program.

Agency Business Consultant

Provide entertaining and educational tours which include three hour Seattle City Tours, Boeing Factory tours, and 10 hour tours to Mt. Rainier.

Responsible for new client acquisition and sales of auto, home, life, and commercial insurance policies in a local insurance agency.  Met all targeted sales goals before established deadlines.  Attained the Blue Vase Award, given to the top-performing life insurance representatives.  Develop and maintain relationships to build a strong referral network including other business owners, property managers, realtors, and mortgage brokers.

Insurance Agent and Financial Services Representative

Transported guests from lodging residences to areas within the village.  Interacted closely with customers and provided any information on the Vail Valley.
Managed all drivers and transportation requests within the resort.

Transportation Dispatcher/Professional Driver

Ran a two-hour weekly radio show for a low powered community radio station.
Helped in fundraising and promotional efforts.

DJ					    Radio Free Minturn

Fix any and all equipment problems during practice and games.  Set up and assist coaches in running practices.  Transporting all equipment to and from away games.  Acted as a liaison for visiting teams.

Football Equipment Manager

Worked in all areas of the Howell, MI plant including, warehouse, pre-post mix, 20 ounce line, 2 liter line, 12 ounce line, and pre/post mix line.
