Anything I can do to support my community and help others motivates me and gives me purpose in a career. Whether its using my creative abilities as an aspiring artist to support those less fortunate in my community; or implementing skills gained in a Communications degree, I'm dedicated to helping those in need. I’m aware that quality, consistency and productivity are the standards to succeed in the workplace and to stand out amongst competitors. I will reflect a prompt and detail oriented mindset in order to succeed in the work field. My objective is to work for a driven and highly motivated company dedicated towards being innovative and making a difference in peoples lives.


Maintain effective and appropriate communication with guests. Establishing rapport with the guests while expressing a professional and sincere approach. Making sure service is stellar.

Help diagnose patients medication, what's needed to be filled, determining patients needs based off their medical history, allergies,etc..  working directly with Pharmacists to fill patients meds and sell them to the patient. Use several medical programs, EPIMS, HEALTHCONNECT etc. Provide excellent customer service to make the patient feel at home.

Pharmacy Assistant

•	Main Duties: Assigning guests rooms and arranging amenities before guest arrival all via hotel computer systems. Exceptional service in a Four Star restaurant was the priority and meeting the guests every need.
•	Execution: Maintaining a cheerful demeanor throughout the guests’ visit. Representing the Hyatt as a courteous and eager to help employee. Excellent customer service skills and overall common courtesy were always necessary.

Clerk 

•	Main Duties: Coordinated and scheduled press junkets for journalists from around the world to meet with talent and directors of the film for interviews. Making sure some of the world’s best and well-known directors, such as; Danny Boyle, Edward Zwick, John Moore as well as talent were taken care of and on schedule to be interviewed by the press. 
•	Execution: Knowing the essence of time management, how to speak with authority and direct people, this position taught me to be highly organized and professional to get the job done in a timely manner.
