Service Coordinator II, Sports Marketing

•	Greet and host all guests visiting TaylorMade’s professional fitting facility (“The Kingdom”).
•	Identify all scheduled fittings and special events to the Kingdom Manager and Fitting Team.
•	Responsible for all guests’ equipment order fulfillment. 
•	Develop and maintain Kingdom database, website and customer database including all pre and post visitation reports.
•	Assist in coordinating travel, hotel and car for VIP guests.
•	Maintain regular contact with key members of Sports Marketing, Global Sports Marketing, Marketing/Public Relations, and Corporate Sales to coordinate, schedule and direct outings for Kingdom usage.
•	Reconcile inventory usage and credit/rebills on a bi-monthly basis.
•	Help maintain budget reports on all paying customers and Kingdom profits.
•	Maintain all office supplies and spec room inventories (par levels).

Player Service Coordinator I, The Kingdom

•	Service and support four Outside Sales Representatives and their accounts.
•	Directly managed 25 national accounts including BMW, Norte Dame, and the Atlanta Braves. 
•	Answer all calls filtered through the adidas crested and standard apparel queue; averaged 30-50 daily.
•	Manage standard and crested order books. 
•	Ensure all prebook, ASAP, and tournament orders meet their in hand date.
