I’ve worn many hats in my banking and business career- financial advisor, supervisor, mentor, trainer, marketer, negotiator, and sales guru.  I speak fluent nerd, bank jargon, salesperson, creator, angry client. 

My goal every day is to make sure every customer leaves happier than when they arrived. 


o Manage and mentor bank employees; host morning huddles and weekly one-on-ones to collaborate goals. Authorize action plans and delegate tasks as necessary.   

o Manage daily bank operations, including balancing procedures, teller cash differences, and transactional approvals. 

o Responsible for managing Priority Banking Client Portfolio; high net worth consumer and business clients.

o Lead Merchandising and Marketing activities in accordance with approved marketing strategies. 

o Stimulate new business opportunities by researching and analyzing community markets, as well as analyzing and prioritizing clients to target. 

o Proactively assess clients' financial information to determine total current and future financial needs.

o Certifed recreational divers from PADI Open Water to Rescue Diver.  Lead certified divers on local diving tours including popular dive sites in La Jolla and Wreck Alley.

o Open circuit advanced nitrox certified as well as closed circuit normoxic trimix certified on the rEvo Rebreather.

o I developed and managed relationships by developing in depth knowledge of retail and business products and services as well as loan and deposit products for comsumer and small business customers and prospects. 

o Consistently in the top 5 in the region for sales and referrals, top 10 in the bank.

Personal Banker

o Certified through Language Corps and TESOL to teach English as a second language.  I created and implemented a 5th Grade curriculum to the top International School in the capital city of Cambodia.  

o Subjects: English grammar, history, mathematics, and science.
